For those who like an 'interesting' Car For Sale Ad!!
(Sent to Les & Carolyn McGaw)

Hi, we are selling our 79 MGB and thought there may be some interest within your club. Would like to see it go to an enthusiast.

We met her almost 6 years ago, shortly after she moved here from Alberta. She boasted openly about how she had made the trip without incident and didn't really find it much of a challenge. She seduced us both with her soft purring voice, her graceful lines, and her spunky attitude around rude corners. We were impressed at how well she looked and how agile she was for 25 years old. She loved to run fast on windy roads. We couldn't resist her so we took her home and she has been living with us in the lap of luxury ever since. She is hardly ever asked to go out in adverse weather, although she has been caught in the rain a few times. She finds that funny. She only has to work from the end of May until Oct 15 each year, and then snuggles into a comfy garage for the winter. She has always responded when asked to perform without exception. As a reward we bought her a vinyl hardtop for the cool of early spring and fall. She seems to prefer going topless, but looks stunning either way. She has a tonneau cover to dress her up when her top is down and the zippered interior cover for when you want to leave it down, both in excellent shape. She has had no major surgery and the medical bills have been very little. We still love her but don't take her out to play enough and thus she is feeling neglected and ready to start a new chapter in her life with someone who will be more attentive. Be careful when you first meet her as she can sweep you off your feet. She is waiting for you to call about her at 506-743-5678.
